Ashley Hardy brings 20 years of diverse experience as a Registered Psychologist, specializing in areas of trauma, anxiety, and women's health. With a blend of therapeutic techniques and holistic approaches, Ashley tailors support to each individual’s needs, ensuring a compassionate and personal journey towards growth.

Emilie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Root & Bloom clinic. With nearly 20 years experience working with children using play based strategies, she is committed to helping children and parents grow together. She has also developped a passion for supporting perinatal moms and those naavigating the trenches of motherhood. She believes in challenging herself as a therapist and is alwways trying to learn new ways of supporting clients.
